FOUNDER
Hello, I am Urmila Deshpande. Working creatively, sincerely till good be better and better be best is my motto in life! Though I hold a bachelor's degree in commerce, I always had a strong inclination towards art, design and self-reliance. After graduation I pursued this passion by doing a course in web designing, Graphics and multimedia.
I worked as an associate partner in a designing firm. I gained vast experience in working in web and graphic industry. I offered end to end design solutions to all my clients, covering a wide range of services like domain name registration to developing e-commerce website and making visiting card to printing a magazine or designing a stage backdrop. Client satisfaction, delivering quality work with value for money to customers are some of the key principles that guided me through these 17 odd years of my entrepreneurial journey!
Now, as Digital media continues to evolve and connects people in ways never before possible, to cater to all future Digital needs, I have recently joined hands with co-founder Prachi and ventured in business with a startup named "Up Media". We are committed to establish UP Media as a trustworthy name in the field of Motion graphics, Digital media and Print services with our creativity, passion & resilience!

Hello, I am Prachi Koparkar. Creativity, good design sense, ability to adapt to changing situations, honesty; these are some of the key personality traits that defines me. I am a very organized person and believe in planning the task at hand to make sure I manage my time well.
I graduated with Textile designing as my major. After that I did a course in web designing, Graphics and multimedia. There on I continued to work in the same field as associate partner in a design firm based in Thane that provided services like web site designing, Print & Graphics, CD Presentations. After being in the business for 3 years, I realized that to run a successful business you need to possess managerial skills and need to learn technical know-how of doing a business. To put my thinking in to action I went on to pursue a full time PGDBA in Retail Management from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. After completion of program, I worked with Reliance Retail for 3 years. I had to take a career break for some years to fulfil my family responsibilities. Even though I was away from work, the creative spark in me kept me going, I pursued my passion for music, arts & craft. To keep up with the new trends, I also did a course in digital media marketing that re-ignited my love for graphics, animations and the web!
To fulfil my business aspirations, I have now joined hands with co-founder Urmila with a business venture "UP Media". UP media is a startup company in motion graphics, digital media marketing, Web development and Applications & Print and Graphics. Though today UP Media is just a sapling, we are determined to grow it in to a big tree with our creativity, sincerity & dedication!
