Creative at heart and driven by purpose, Urmila brings over 23 years of experience in design and digital communication. Though she holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, her passion for art, design, and self-reliance led her to pursue professional training in web design, graphics, and multimedia.
She began her journey as an associate partner at a design firm, where she delivered end-to-end creative solutions — from domain registration and e-commerce websites to branding, print design, and large-format displays. Her work reflects a deep commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and value-driven outcomes.
At Up Media, Urmila leads the Creative Department, offering strategic direction and hands-on guidance to the design team. She co-founded the agency with Prachi to provide impactful, reliable solutions in Digital Marketing, Motion Graphics, E-Graphics, and Website Designing.
With sincerity, creativity, and a belief in continuous improvement, Urmila continues to shape ideas into compelling visual stories that deliver results.
Prachi is a creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for design, a strategic mindset, and an unwavering commitment to quality. With a background in Textile Design and professional training in Web Design, Graphics, and Multimedia, she began her career as an associate partner in a Thane-based design firm, offering a wide range of digital and print solutions.
To strengthen her business acumen, she pursued a full-time PGDBA in Retail Management from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and later worked with Reliance Retail. Even during her career break, her creative spirit remained alive through music, arts, and ongoing learning — including a certification in Digital Media Marketing.
Today, as co-founder of Up Media, Prachi leads the technical and strategic aspects of digital marketing, combining creativity with business insight. Together with Urmila, she is building Up Media into a trusted name for digital campaigns, motion graphics, web development, and design — with a strong foundation in creativity, sincerity, and innovation.
